Requirements:
· Candidates/profiles from other sales backgrounds like, Insurance, Peripheral sales, etc., not permitted, irrelevant
Candidates having sales experience in selling IT Infra Products like, CISCO, AVAYA, TADIRAN, MITEL, Vidyo, Juniper, Netgear, Ruckus, BROCADE, HP & Dell ( Routers, switches & servers) hardware are only eligible.
· Age between 28 to 35 years

Interview process:
Two rounds of interviews
1) Video – conference call – TCON – F2F:
· WEBEX ( CISCO TOOL) link to be sent to candidates, which they would login with details and attend to conference
· Hiring Manager and HQ Coordinator will take the interview
2) Personal (Face – to – Face) :
· Vice President and CEO will interview the aspirant
