Responsibilities and Duties
Process Industrial Connection and Link Building could be an added value
Building strategic plan for product selling and enrolling more registered customers
Acquire, build & maintain strategic relationships with clients’ sources, develop & analyze customer needs to establish a client centric business environment, propose and implement solutions. Cross sales, try to upsell and understand client requirements
Interacting with CEO, CFO, Manager, Industries head, Customers and deriving business model
Strong knowledge in selling/ reselling technical spares sales, after sales, spares and equipment knowledge
Experience in Negotiation, Pre-sales technical assistance and product education, and after-sales support services
Responsible for increasing business by offering entire range of products by achieving Monthly, Quarterly and Annual target
Managing Lead Conversation, Persistency
Managing accurate records and updating database, preparation of reports on weekly/monthly basis and building execution document
Achieving goal sheet & contest achievement on weekly basis
Organizing review meetings, gatherings for clients
Develops relationship with clients through managing and interpreting with clients
Knowledge in the process of logistics, sales and purchase, order generation, Dispatch letter/ LR updation, etc.,
Reporting to CEO at head office, coordinating with the team, guiding and updating regularly
Should be willing to travel globally
