require a chef in charge with a graduate degree and minimum of 10 years of experience. Experienced in Indian food, Tandoor Chinese and South Indian cuisine will be an advantage. Must be able to curate food menus and develop standard operating procedures. Should be focused on developing and training teams and maintaining high standards of operations, cleanliness and hygiene.
